Qualification
- Experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and compliance regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and HQ teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Responsibility
- Report to the Africa Lead Lawyer on all related functions
- Be the main responsible for Morocco's legal functions
- Elaborate, review, and analyze all types of commercial agreements
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate with external law firms
- Support in the analysis and implementation of strategies
- Support in the implementation of corporate governance policies, special projects, and reporting functions
- Participate in due diligence, evaluate risks, and elaborate corporate documentation
- Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it
