Qualification
- Proven experience as a lawyer, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
- Strong understanding of Romanian and Moldovan legal frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in contract management and compliance
- Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Romanian, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Responsibility
- Report to the Head of International in all related functions
- Be the main responsible for Romania and Moldova legal functions
- Draft, review, analyse, negotiate all kinds of contracts with all players involved in the business
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (privacy, labour, compliance, regulated products, etc.)
- Collaborate with external law firms
- Support in the analysis and implementation of strategies and corporate governance policies
- Participate in due diligence, risk assessment, and corporate documentation preparation
- Address legal issues as they arise and provide practical solutions
