Glovo is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sr. FP&A Analyst to join their Finance Performance department in Barcelona. The role focuses on driving Free Cashflow (FCF) planning and analysis, supporting decision-making processes, and providing insights to internal departments.
Qualification
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibility
- Drive the entire Free Cashflow (FCF) cycle, owning the forecasting, planning, and reporting process.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Senior Management, translating complex financial performance into actionable insights.
- Control budget execution and ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Support the decision-making process by providing comprehensive insights on FCF drivers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance financial performance and strategic planning.
