Goodman is a dynamic real estate company focusing on logistics and data centre development. They are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Madrid to drive sales and revenue growth by establishing relationships with enterprise customers in Spain, particularly in the data centre sector.
Qualification
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the data centre or technology industries.
- Strong consultative selling skills and a proactive, hunter mindset.
- Demonstrated success in developing new client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to engage with enterprise customers, including large/mid-sized companies and MSE-listed firms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-suite executives.
Responsibility
- Initiate, create and execute the new business sales strategy and annual plans for prospective accounts in Spain.
- Lead sales strategy and process in the region to acquire new accounts.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Proactively build relationships with decision makers up to C-suite level at prospective customers.
- Identify, qualify, pursue, negotiate and close new business in collaboration with local management and legal teams.
- Leverage sales engineering, marketing, and overlay resources as appropriate.
- Maintain subject matter knowledge of colocation product offerings and pricing.
- Present Goodman’s value proposition at a highly experienced level.
