Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Service Account Manager (SAM) to act as the primary liaison between the company and its largest accounts. The SAM will focus on customer relationship management, service enablement, and support lifecycle management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualification

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of service delivery and support lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and value.
Responsibility
- Act as the single point of contact for Hitachi Vantara's service organization and its largest accounts.
- Proactively address customer needs and develop strong relationships within the customer's organization.
- Provide oversight and guidance across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to escalations.
- Share updates and information with customers on a frequent basis, both technical and non-technical.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with key teams and individuals at each account to review account status.
