The role involves shaping the design vision and strategy, managing a team of designers, and ensuring intuitive and empowering solutions for users.
Qualification
- Proven experience in leading product design teams and shaping design strategy.
- Strong background in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with AI and SaaS product design is a plus.
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team of designers.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Own and drive the end-to-end product design vision across all user-facing experiences at HoneyBook.
- Inspire, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary design team, including design leads and ICs, fostering a culture of creativity, critique, and growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align design strategies with business goals.
- Infuse world-class UX craft into product design and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
- Guide the team in creating delightful and intuitive user experiences.
