Qualification
- Strong background in automotive development and embedded software.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and systems engineering.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through production in the automotive domain.
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage scope, requirements changes, and project risks effectively.
- Experience related to radar systems or intelligent sensing would be a plus.
Responsibility
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of automotive software components, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to define requirements, architecture, and design specifications.
- Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, internal stakeholders, management, and customers to maintain clear alignment and communication.
- Ensure project deliverables meet automotive standards, including Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262.
- Evaluate the impact of changing requirements, manage scope adjustments, and guide teams through seamless transitions.
- Provide transparent, regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
