The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a technical background in software development.
Qualification
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven execution skills in driving product, R&D, and business GTM teams to GA.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management and Agile methodologies at scale.
- Technical background with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in leading large-scale planning processes and shaping R&D/Product/NPI processes.
Responsibility
- Lead cross-company Product initiatives and manage end-to-end plans.
- Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs from inception to market release.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Develop procedures, choose tools, and determine management strategies for programs.
- Nurture learning and knowledge sharing, driving adoption throughout the organization.
