Juicebox is hiring its second marketing hire to own full-funnel growth marketing for a fast-growing AI SaaS startup. You'll own paid, product marketing, and content to drive acquisition, communicate product value, and build a strong inbound motion. The role suits a scrappy, analytically-minded marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and can balance creative and performance-driven initiatives.

Qualification

  • 3-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred);
  • Proven track record owning paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs;
  • Comfortable working across product, design, and GTM (go-to-market) initiatives;
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, concise tone;
  • Data-driven with solid understanding of CAC and funnel metrics (LTV a plus);
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments;
  • Nice to have: experience in AI, developer tools, or HR tech;
  • Nice to have: strong design instincts or experience collaborating with creators/designers;
  • Nice to have: experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows;

Responsibility

  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, and other networks;
  • Design and run experiments on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to improve ROI;
  • Define and execute SEO strategy and manage content pipeline (landing pages, blog posts, search-optimized articles);
  • Set up and manage email campaigns in Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell;
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing flows (onboarding, feature education, re-engagement);
  • Collaborate with product, design, CSMs, and founders to communicate product value and build inbound motion;
  • Analyze CAC, funnel metrics, and overall marketing performance; produce regular reporting;
  • Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives;
  • Own measurement, attribution, and reporting for marketing programs;
