The District Educator for key accounts at Kao Canada is responsible for planning and executing educational programs to support the growth of Market Leader salons in British Columbia and Alberta. This role involves prospecting, creating proposals, and executing training and education plans, while collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualification
- Active Certificate, Qualification/Hairstyling license with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- 5 years of hairstyling experience with exposure to a full range of services (cutting, styling, coloring, perming, etc.).
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using innovative techniques to gain and grow Key Accounts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibility
- Identify and prospect market leader salons in collaboration with ASMs and Sr EM Direct.
- Develop salon education offers as part of the proposal process and execute conversion training.
- Plan and execute annual education plans for market leader salons as part of Joint Business Planning.
- Coordinate with Sr EM Indirect to develop education plans identified by distributors.
- Support regional education activities, shows, and events as requested by Sr Education Managers.
- Maintain monthly activity reports and submit education reports to Sr EM Direct.
