- Full fluency in English; German is a strong plus
- Speciality coffee experience is a big plus
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a generous host
- Produce coffee-based beverages, teas, and drinks according to service standards
- Operate the POS system and maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Upsell food and drinks to fit customer cravings
