- Ability to define and uphold engineering standards and best practices.
Responsibility
- Drive technical execution of the roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to manage the technical roadmap, balancing feature development, technical debt, and operational stability.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and mitigating technical risks.
- Be accountable for the quality of the team's deliverables and contribute to defining engineering quality standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural context to unblock the team and ensure scalable solutions.
- Attract, nurture, coach, and retain top engineering talent.
- Develop career progression plans and provide regular, real-time feedback.
