MORSE Corp, an employee-owned small business with locations in Cambridge, MA, Arlington, VA, and Seattle, WA, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify and capture new business opportunities within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community. The role requires strong business development experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Experience working with the DoD and Intelligence Community.

Responsibility
- Execute MORSE's business development strategy aimed at expanding presence within the DoD and intelligence community.
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop compelling proposals that highlight the company's unique value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the DoD and intelligence community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective capture, proposals, and delivery of new programs.
- Partner with Portfolio Leads, Chief Engineers, Business Development, Contracts, Proposal, and Capture teams to bring impactful programs to MORSE.
