The Lead Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in this mission by working closely with customers and internal teams to implement and optimize the Synchronizer API, ensuring effective integration and enhancing the overall developer experience.
Qualification
- Strong understanding of APIs, particularly REST and GraphQL.
- Experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working with customers to implement technical solutions and integrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and EHR systems is a plus.
Responsibility
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on NexHealth’s Synchronizer API, advising customers on architecture and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales cycles to understand customer workflows and technical requirements.
- Design integration strategies that align with customer goals and demonstrate the value of the NexHealth platform.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Guide developers in building scalable solutions on top of the NexHealth platform.
