Qualification
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of experience managing or technically leading teams.
- Proven track record of hiring and coaching senior engineers.
- Deep experience in integrating SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, and Stripe.
- Expertise in large scale production applications.
Responsibility
- Build and lead the Business Systems engineering team.
- Recruit and hire top-tier engineering talent.
- Set technical standards and hold the team accountable.
- Drive and review systems architecture and code solutions.
- Scale middleware solutions for system expansion.
- Automate go-to-market motions including onboarding and billing.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to develop robust solutions.
