Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive for its GTM Sales Team to help build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand strategic customer relationships. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, requiring team members to work from the office on designated Anchor Days. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in the Nordic region, and will be responsible for prospecting, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales motions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
- Experience selling into the Nordic region
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and openness to collaboration
- Builder mentality with a focus on creative problem-solving
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations
Responsibility
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about Notion's collaboration tools
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion
- Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers
- Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand customer challenges and goals
- Drive executive level relationships and run product demos to close business
- Help build playbooks and define sales motions
- Provide world-class customer experience by liaising with the user base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, customer success, and legal
