This role combines customer success, product development, and account management to ensure customers effectively utilize the platform for their defense acquisition strategies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, program management, or strategic operations, preferably in the defense sector.
- Strong understanding of business development and capture workflows in the defense industry.
- Experience in translating user needs into product direction and requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and drive behavior changes for improved customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with commercial customers.
Responsibility
- Own a portfolio of commercial accounts in the defense sector, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Run end-to-end onboarding processes, mapping existing workflows and configuring the platform to meet customer needs.
- Design and refine workflows in the platform that align with customer pipeline and revenue goals.
- Monitor customer usage and performance, turning data into actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales leadership for renewals and growth.
- Capture structured feedback from users and translate it into product requirements.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to test new features and drive adoption.
- Build and iterate playbooks and customer-facing narratives to demonstrate the platform's impact.
