Obviant is seeking a Mission Operations Lead to oversee the operational success of deployments with government partners in the Department of War. This role involves program management, strategy, product development, and relationship management, ensuring that technology meets mission objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.
Qualification
- Experience in program management, particularly in defense or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of operational needs and mission objectives in the Department of War.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into actionable plans for end-users.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and measuring impact of technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, particularly with senior executives and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between Obviant and Department of War customers, building trust and understanding mission objectives.
- Own the full lifecycle of deployment, from pilot design and initial integration through sustainment, training, and scale.
- Translate mission requirements into actionable execution plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver mission outcomes.
- Work with users to identify product solutions and workflows that address challenges in the acquisition process.
- Drive adoption and impact by defining key success metrics, tracking usage and performance, and reporting operational effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand deployments into broader programs of record, partnering with business development teams.
- Act as the voice of the mission user internally, surfacing feedback and insights that shape Obviant’s product roadmap.
- Regularly brief senior Department of War stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
