They are seeking a Senior Talent Lead to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, partnering with senior leaders to build a high-quality hiring engine and position Omnea as a top employer.
Qualification
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly for Go-To-Market roles.
- Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and understand business needs.
- Experience in building recruitment processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
- Ability to think strategically and execute on hiring goals effectively.
Responsibility
- Take end-to-end ownership of GTM recruitment processes from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Partner with senior leaders, including the Chief Commercial Officer and CFO, to align on hiring needs and success profiles.
- Map, outreach, and contact candidates for GTM roles, conducting initial screenings.
- Create a playbook for hiring processes to ensure talent becomes a competitive advantage.
- Elevate the hiring standards by coaching hiring managers and refining role specifications.
