As an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering long-term client relationships while leveraging a CRM for pipeline management.
Qualification
- 2+ years in full-cycle sales roles (SaaS, fintech, agency, or ecommerce preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple accounts
- Experience selling to DTC brands, founders, or operators is a plus
- Highly organized, curious, coachable, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and customer-obsessed
Responsibility
- Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points and position Parker’s value
- Guide customers through the application and onboarding process
- Foster long-term client relationships, helping them scale spend and usage with Parker
- Provide ongoing account support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot) and ensure pipeline hygiene
- Log key touchpoints, schedule follow-ups, and submit sales recaps
- Track metrics and improve via call reviews and coaching
- Generate new leads through various channels including social media and email outreach
