As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage in outbound sales efforts, qualify leads, and set up meetings for Account Executives, with opportunities for growth into other roles within the company.
Qualification
- 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills—clear, personable, and persuasive
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Driven by performance, learning, and career growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy startup environment
Responsibility
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Execute high-volume outreach via cold/warm email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, and cold calling
- Engage with prospects on LinkedIn and social media
- Research and prioritize high-fit leads in eCommerce and DTC
- Run initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit
- Book and confirm meetings for the AE team
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Hubspot)
- Track outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
- Submit weekly reports and share insights for strategy refinement
- Collaborate with AEs and Sales Leadership on goals and tactics
