Qualification

  • 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, personable, and persuasive
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy startup environment

Responsibility

  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Execute high-volume outreach via cold/warm email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, and cold calling
  • Engage with prospects on LinkedIn and social media
  • Research and prioritize high-fit leads in eCommerce and DTC
  • Run initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit
  • Book and confirm meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Track outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
  • Submit weekly reports and share insights for strategy refinement
  • Collaborate with AEs and Sales Leadership on goals and tactics
