They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts across their core product verticals, including Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury, ensuring a cohesive user experience and design system.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centric SaaS products.
- Experience working across multiple product surfaces, especially in financial or B2B tools.
- A systems thinker with experience in maintaining and evolving a shared design system.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy.
- Strong interaction design skills for intuitive and delightful workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Figma power user with knowledge of auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Experience with design QA and ensuring design fidelity in production.
Responsibility
- Own the design system for visual and interaction consistency across product verticals.
- Design end-to-end user experiences from ideation to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement high-impact features.
- Evolve Parker’s design identity by thoughtfully extending existing patterns.
- Establish and maintain scalable Figma libraries and documentation for design iteration.
- Advocate for UX excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and improve usability.
- Contribute to product strategy by grounding design decisions in data and customer insights.
