Bobyard is a lean startup focused on automating the construction takeoff process using advanced technology. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their growth strategy, manage marketing operations, and optimize performance across various channels.
Qualification
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles.
- Deep experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO strategy and content performance tracking.
- Data-driven, iterative, and highly organized builder mindset.
Responsibility
- Own the marketing stack by integrating HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools.
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and trade channels.
- Manage creative and content production including videos, ads, blogs, and event materials.
- Drive SEO and website performance through keyword strategy and landing page optimization.
- Implement tracking and attribution with UTMs, pixels, and conversion events.
- Monitor budgets and performance, optimizing for CAC and payback.
- Build reporting and dashboards to visualize funnel performance and campaign ROI.
- Run experiments and optimizations through A/B testing of ad creative and messaging.
