The ideal candidate will engage with consumer brands, manage outreach campaigns, and build relationships to support sales growth. Qualification
- 1-3 years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, or similar roles)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage with strangers
- Coachable and eager to learn from feedback
Responsibility
- Send 100+ high-quality cold emails per week to qualified prospects
- Support the founder through demos and follow-ups
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects
- Manage outreach campaigns using Hubspot and track interactions meticulously
- Build long-term relationships with prospects
- Provide feedback to marketing on messaging and objections
- Hit monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings booked and qualified opportunities
