They are seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive enablement program for Sales and Customer Success teams, enhancing onboarding and training processes to drive revenue performance.
Qualification
- Proven experience in owning and running enablement programs end-to-end.
- Expertise in building scalable systems for onboarding and training.
- Ability to drive measurable impact on revenue performance.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to translate insights into actionable content.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success new hires.
- Create scalable playbooks, quizzes, talk tracks, and certification programs.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team members.
- Collaborate with Sales and CS leaders to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.
- Translate frontline insights into actionable content and tools.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge and competitive positioning.
- Define and track metrics to measure enablement impact.
