Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped designs.
- Experience in hybrid UX and UI product design.
- Proven experience designing for native mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with user insights and testing methodologies, including A/B tests and usability studies.
- A proactive mindset and passion for the entire product development process.
Responsibility
- Lead the design of the 'Focus-Projects' team, shaping new features from concept to implementation.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle including concepting, prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback.
- Implement and maintain existing design and brand guidelines while adapting them to enhance overall design.
- Own a product pillar while collaborating closely with other pillars to ensure consistency.
- Work with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are accurately built and implemented.
