Enterprise Account Executive - FSI at Qualtrics, selling the company's SaaS Experience Management (XM) platform to large financial services organizations. Qualification

  • 5+ years of direct SaaS enterprise sales experience, specifically selling to large financial services organizations.
  • Proven track record closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong strategic selling and consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate business value and ROI.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with executive-level sponsors in the financial services sector.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (solutions engineering, customer success, product) to deliver tailored XM solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce) and rigorous pipeline management.

Responsibility

  • Own and drive the full end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Financial Services (FSI) accounts, from prospecting to contract close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at expanding Qualtrics' footprint within large financial services organizations.
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors and key stakeholders to understand business problems and map XM solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to design and position tailored XM programs and pre-built offerings for FSI clients.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities, upsell and cross-sell within existing customers while managing renewals to meet or exceed quota.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and CRM records; provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts; close high-value, multi-year deals.
  • Represent Qualtrics in industry events and executive discussions, articulating ROI and business value of XM.
