- Proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter focusing on engineers, data scientists, or product roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build talent maps, run referral programs, and execute sourcing campaigns.
- Strong intake and requirements gathering skills with the ability to translate needs into search strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing pipelines and analyzing hiring metrics to improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with engineers, team leads, and hiring managers.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and HR partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing for fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech domains is a plus.
Responsibility
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top engineering talent.
- Own talent mapping, referral programs, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
- Align candidates' motivations with Ramp's value proposition, roles, and expectations.
- Lead intake meetings with engineering and product stakeholders to define requirements and qualifications for technical roles.
- Manage pipeline activity, track recruiting metrics, and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact.
- Drive Ramp's external engagement by representing the company at conferences, meetups, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, People Operations, and engineering leadership to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through interview scheduling.
