Reedsy is a publishing startup focused on providing authors with tools and resources to create beautiful books. As an AI Engineer, you will design and implement AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows for authors, while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
Qualification
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML into real-world products, managing the full lifecycle from modeling to deployment.
- Experience working with large language models, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of hallucination detection and mitigation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, for scalable AI deployment.
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with AI developer tooling, such as intelligent CI/CD and AI-powered QA.
Responsibility
- Design and implement AI-powered tools for authors, such as narrative co-pilots and visual storyboarding assistants.
- Improve internal workflows by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing user experience across products.
- Build internal tools for AI development, including evaluation benchmarks and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and operations teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
