• Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle

Who Will Thrive in This Role

• Strong foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning, operational research and experimentation.
• Solid skills in Python (or R), SQL, and familiarity with modern data stacks.
• Ability to work with large, complex, real-world datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Experience building predictive or optimisation models (e.g. for routing, forecasting, supply & demand).
• Clear communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.
• Curiosity, problem-solving, and a bias toward ownership in a fast-moving environment.
