The Director of Developer Relations at Ripple will lead the team responsible for enhancing the developer experience on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). This role focuses on driving adoption of XRPL for financial applications, fostering relationships within the developer community, and shaping the strategy for developer engagement and success. Ripple aims to improve the global financial system through innovative crypto solutions.
Qualification
- Proven experience in developer relations or a similar role within the tech or financial sectors
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance
- Experience in building and leading teams focused on developer engagement
- Ability to create and implement strategies that drive developer adoption and success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibility
- Own and develop the strategy for how developers build financial solutions, tokenization platforms, and payment applications on XRPL
- Create frameworks for measuring developer success that align with business objectives, including analytics for fintech developers and financial institutions
- Build scalable and systematic frameworks to accelerate developer adoption through both one-to-many and one-to-one strategies
- Organize high-impact developer events, group learning sessions, workshops, and hackathons that showcase XRPL's capabilities for tokenization and financial innovation
- Gather crucial feedback to inform XRPL product development and ensure responsible implementation of blockchain technologies
