The successful candidate will manage a team and collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

Responsibility
- Oversee all aspects of Roku.com, including content strategy, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy aligned to company goals; maintain a quarterly roadmap and prioritization framework.
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs for site performance (conversion rate, engagement, traffic, promo uptake); publish regular reports on performance metrics.
- Manage homepage programming, promotional campaigns, partner offer execution, and e-commerce accuracy.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Performance Media, and Country Marketing to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences globally.
