Qualification

  • Three or more years of success in a SaaS sales role, ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in full-cycle sales roles.
  • Strong prospecting ability and comfort generating your own pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand how customers' businesses operate.

Responsibility

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers in the trucking and logistics space.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Rose Rocket as a solution.
  • Partner with marketing and solutions teams to deliver tailored buying experiences and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in the CRM.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to shape product and sales strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with the FDS team for successful customer implementation and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Stay informed on logistics industry trends and competitive products.
