The company values a human-centric culture and is looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue and expand market presence through effective sales strategies.
Qualification
- Three or more years of success in a SaaS sales role, ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in full-cycle sales roles.
- Strong prospecting ability and comfort generating your own pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills for leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- High resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand how customers' businesses operate.
Responsibility
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers in the trucking and logistics space.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Rose Rocket as a solution.
- Partner with marketing and solutions teams to deliver tailored buying experiences and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in the CRM.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to shape product and sales strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with the FDS team for successful customer implementation and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Stay informed on logistics industry trends and competitive products.
