- Experience in onboarding or training roles, preferably in sales or customer success.

- Innate curiosity about business operations and how they function.
Responsibility
- Lead and scale onboarding and ramping programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams.
- Accelerate time to productivity for new hires.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence.
- Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define, operationalize, and continuously improve onboarding programs.
