Skydio is seeking a Customer Success Manager (DFR Majors) to lead implementation, usage, retention, and expansion for Law Enforcement customers. This role acts as the primary bridge between customers and Skydio's product and engineering teams, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver autonomous drone solutions that drive measurable value. The candidate will own the customer lifecycle and ensure successful onboarding, with a preference for candidates in the Central or Eastern Timezone.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably with public sector or law enforcement customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor adoption, health metrics, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Based in the Central or Eastern Timezone (or able to operate effectively within those hours).
  • Comfort working with law enforcement/public safety customers and understanding their unique needs.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Skydio autonomous solutions for Law Enforcement accounts, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
  • Drive ongoing product usage, value realization, retention, and account expansion across assigned public-safety customers.
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to unblock issues, collect feedback, and align on roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute proactive customer success plans, track health metrics, and manage renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support the technical validation process during procurement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executives, to communicate ROI and value delivered by Skydio solutions.
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to inform product improvements and service delivery.
