This role focuses on empowering sales teams through effective training, tools, and insights, while collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and productivity.
Qualification
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey complex technology.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills to design engaging training programs.
Responsibility
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to define enablement priorities that align with GTM strategy.
- Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, readiness, and continuous learning across SLED/Gov, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs that connect technology to customer value.
- Align field teams around consistent messaging and methodology.
- Accelerate onboarding, ramp, and productivity for sales teams.
