Qualification
- Experience in industrial automation and controls engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and debugging.
- Knowledge of safety standards such as ANSI/RIA15.06 and OSHA.
- Experience with HMI design and implementation.
- Familiarity with electrical system design and compliance regulations.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and manage automation projects including factory ideation, machine commissioning, and hand-off to operational teams.
- Architect, write, and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing applications, ensuring it is organized and maintainable.
- Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
- Generate user-friendly HMI screens for complex machines to facilitate operation and troubleshooting.
- Design electrical systems compliant with NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations.
