The Director, SMB Provider Sales will lead a team of Associate Account Executives to grow the national network of primary care providers, reporting to the VP of Network Strategy and Growth.

Qualification

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, particularly with primary care providers.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales talent effectively.
  • Experience in transforming sales processes and workflows.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a growing team of Associate Account Executives focused on small to mid-size primary care providers.
  • Own all team KPIs and metrics to achieve/exceed quota targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and coach the sales team, providing leadership and career development.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for small to mid-size primary care providers across the country.
  • Support the transition of primary care workflows from fee-for-service to fee-for-value.
