This full-cycle sales role involves lead generation, contracting, and implementation, with a focus on collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partner launches.
Qualification
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of value-based care and healthcare reimbursement models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze operational capabilities and translate them into business value.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Execute go-to-market strategy for expanding the national provider network within Payor programs.
- Convert new business opportunities from lead generation through contracting and initial implementation.
- Drive growth and adoption of the value-based care platform in primary care settings.
- Translate contract mechanics and operational capabilities into a compelling value proposition for provider leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Implementations, Provider Success, and Customer Success to ensure successful partner launches.
