The SMB Solutions Architecture team focuses on building relationships with technical and business leaders to promote Stripe's solutions and drive growth for customers. The Solutions Architect role involves providing strategic thought leadership and technical guidance to help customers overcome business challenges.
Qualification
- Experience in a Solutions Architect role or similar position, preferably in the payments or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, SaaS, and Banking-as-a-Service solutions.
- Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling demos and respond to RFPs effectively.
- Ability to think strategically about business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Responsibility
- Drive thought leadership and build executive relationships with key business and technical stakeholders including CIO, CTO, COO, CRO, CDO & Head of Payments.
- Work to deeply understand the customer’s business objectives and apply Stripe’s payments, SaaS, Banking-as-a-Service and Link Network solutions to customer challenges.
- Secure the technical win for Stripe’s products by delivering demos, responding to RFPs, evangelizing Stripe’s products, and collaborating internally on narratives that align with the customer’s goals.
- Create scalable processes for customer engagements, partnerships, and reusable assets to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Establish best practices around customer strategy and provide business and technical thought leadership.
