- Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies

Responsibility
- Own the growth strategy for a core market category, including targets, budget, levers, and results
- Design and test new go-to-market (GTM) motions, including word-of-mouth loops, referral mechanics, channel partnerships, sales forces, and influencer/affiliate campaigns
- Identify high-yield provider segments and use data to shape targeting, positioning, and messaging
- Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
- Track adoption and engagement metrics to assess growth effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale successful strategies and experiment with new initiatives
- Act as a category General Manager (GM) to define strategy and allocate resources effectively
