The role is for a Consultant / Senior Consultant in the European Debt Advisory team based in London, focusing on advising companies on optimizing capital structures and financing acquisitions across various European markets. The position involves working closely with experienced practitioners and offers a diverse range of transactions, including acquisition financings and capital structure optimization.
Qualification
- Entrepreneurial and team player
- Robust financial modelling experience
- Advisory, banking or chartered accountancy background
- Experience in managing transaction processes
- Ability to support business development initiatives
Responsibility
- Take a central part in the production of slide decks and financial models as well as the process management of debt advisory mandates
- Providing support to the rest of the team in managing the transaction process
- Supporting Management teams in preparing and challenging business plans
- Developing financing options under the scrutiny of more senior team members
- Taking part in the preliminary steps of term sheets drafting
- Actively support business development activities
- Support execution of marketing initiatives aimed at specific channels to market, or events
- Support wider FA training initiatives
