Responsibility
- Preparation of engagement letters and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
- Manage parts of the engagement, providing support to the Senior Managing Director/Managing Director in managing external stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for a broad range of clients at all stages of the project portfolio.
- Develop and input into solvent wind down and insolvency strategies.
- Deliver key aspects of solvent wind down and insolvency assignments including compliance with legislation, trading, sales process, asset realizations, monitoring, reporting.
