Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in management consulting, finance, or tech
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent relationship-building and motivational skills
- Ability to identify trends in live commerce
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking performance
- Capability to manage multiple projects and sellers simultaneously
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Live, or livestream commerce is a plus
Responsibility
- Lead and grow specific categories on the Tilt platform
- Develop and implement strategies for category growth
- Identify innovative growth opportunities for the business
- Utilize data analytics (SQL) to derive insights and drive growth
- Assess category performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams
- Ensure seller satisfaction and retention through effective problem-solving
