This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to design AI-first processes, lead proof-of-concepts, and promote cultural change within the organization. Tilt is recognized for its innovative approach to lending, leveraging machine learning to redefine credit systems.
Qualification
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations in high-growth environments.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows.
- Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Augment, N8N, Zapier, Replit.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Systems thinker with a bias for execution, connecting people, process, and technology to deliver impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
Responsibility
- Design Tilt’s future operating systems by diagnosing current pain points and co-designing AI-first processes.
- Shape the ‘agentic’ operating model by integrating autonomous tools and human judgment into decision-making.
- Drive measurable outcomes through technical and analytical projects that enhance speed and reduce manual effort.
- Lead proof-of-concepts to prototype and validate redesigned processes using various AI tools.
- Translate proof-of-concept learnings into scalable frameworks applicable across functions.
- Enable technical transformation by collaborating with data and engineering partners to support agentic capabilities.
- Advise leadership by aligning AI capabilities with business priorities and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Champion cultural change by promoting new ways of working that enhance Tilt’s culture of ownership and responsible AI adoption.
