- Demonstrated success designing for web and native applications.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and systems thinking.
- Experience in collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing leaders.
- Ability to balance quick iteration with high-quality execution.
Responsibility
- Design product experiences that help Pros discover, onboard, and succeed across Topline Pro’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with partners to define strategy, shape roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end flows that increase adoption and retention.
- Use craft, curiosity, and customer insight to simplify complexity and guide Pros to value.
- Balance quick iteration with high-quality execution—contributing to both vision work and shippable UI.
- Elevate the work of others by giving clear, actionable feedback and helping grow a culture of design excellence across the design organization.
- Advocate for best practices and design patterns that feel intuitive, performant, and platform-native.
