The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering management, strong decision-making skills, and a track record of managing complex projects.
Qualification
- 5 or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role for product engineering teams
- Experience leading team sizes of 15-20+ with managers or leads reporting into you
- Strong decision maker who balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
- Experience in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives such as recruiting processes and career frameworks
- Prior experience managing complex, long-term projects involving multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Effective communicator
