The Travel Specialist for China at Ventura TRAVEL will inspire French-speaking customers to explore China through unique travel experiences. This role involves creating and selling group trips, providing excellent customer service, and managing trip preparations. The position is part of a diverse international team and reports to the Brand Director.
Qualification
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of China.
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibility
- Offer advice to customers before and after their trips via phone and email.
- Provide a unique sales experience that helps achieve sales goals.
- Negotiate services and prices with local service providers for the best deals.
- Present travel products effectively on the website.
- Create and translate content in French for the website.
- Coordinate reservations with the flight department and local providers to ensure quality trips.
- Develop new travel products and design trips from scratch.
