The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead strategic sales efforts, negotiating complex deals with Fortune 500 clients and global banks, while promoting the Verto Atlas API-driven payments infrastructure.

Qualification

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in fintech or payments
  • Experience negotiating with Fortune 500 clients and global banks
  • Strong understanding of API-driven payment solutions
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in designing commercial structures for enterprise deals
  • Ability to synthesize client needs into actionable product feedback

Responsibility

  • Close $1M+ in annual contract value from 3-8 clients in target sectors within the first 15 months
  • Prospect and sell Verto payments infrastructure into B2B platforms, Travel, Global Distribution Services, and E-commerce
  • Design bespoke commercial structures for enterprise deals
  • Reduce sales cycle time by 30% for complex deals by addressing technical/legal hurdles
  • Drive product roadmap input by synthesizing enterprise client needs into actionable feedback for engineering/ops teams
  • Achieve 90%+ client retention post-launch by ensuring solutions are operationally scalable
  • Work independently across the whole sales cycle, leveraging specialist skills of product, treasury, and engineering teams
  • Identify 3–5 untapped industry verticals where Verto’s tech stack solves acute pain points
