Vetcove is seeking a Vet Clinic Retention Associate to join their Customer Retention team, which focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with veterinary professionals. The role involves proactive outreach, education, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement with Vetcove's eCommerce platform.
Qualification
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers via various channels
- Ability to work collaboratively with Customer Experience and Sales & Growth teams
- Empathetic, resilient, and tenacious attitude
- Experience in customer service or retention roles is a plus
Responsibility
- Strategically identify clinics who may be slipping away as active customers
- Perform proactive outreach to clinics via phone, email, live chat, and video conference
- Train, educate, and develop existing Vetcove users for deeper engagement on the platform
- Field concerns and objections in a compassionate manner
- Create engaging content that educates and supports veterinary professionals
- Engage in analytical thinking to understand user flow in and out of the active user base
- Solicit feedback from customers to improve services
